For this project, I wanted to push my myself by doing a full character: Leonidas from the movie 300. My goal was to improve both the organic anatomy and the hard-surface elements.
The workflow began in ZBrush, where I sculpted the anatomy entirely from scratch. Once the organic base was established, I moved to Maya to model all the hard-surface accessories and armor pieces.
For the technical pipeline, I utilized ZWrap for retopology. This tool was also essential for projecting the multichannel maps provided by TexturingXYZ, allowing me to achieve high-fidelity skin details on the head. Finally, the baking process was handled using xNormal. 3D Scan store for body details.
